The ThunderOx sulfide elimination system utilizes our ThunderOx Redox catalyst combined with an oxygen source (primarily Hydrogen to break apart H2S and convert it to elemental sulfur.
ThunderOx can be applied to a wide range of waters with sulfides including Municipal and Industrial Wastewater, Oil & Gas Produced Water Reuse, Sour Groundwater, and storage pits.
How It Works
The ThunderOx sulfide elimination system is a Redox reaction that utilizes an oxidant plus ThunderOx to turn H2S into elemental sulfur which cannot reform into H2S again. Utilizing the TSES process to control H2S is among the lowest cost approaches in the industry.
